<br />and Leases dated February 4, 2003, and filed February 5, 2003, as Instrument Number 0200301414, of the Mortgage
<br />records of Hall County, Nebraska naming Richard H Baasch and Arlene M Baasch as Trustor, U.S. Bank National �8
<br />Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in consideration of performance in full
<br />by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment of Rents and
<br />Leases and the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:

<br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 216 N CEDAR, GRAND ISLAND NE
<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.
<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
<br />property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
<br />Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment of Rents and Leases
