<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust ����
<br /> executed by BRADLEY DUANE MARTIN AND MAUREEN ELIZABETH MARTIN.
<br /> HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS as Trustor to NATIONAL BANK OF (� ��
<br /> COMMERCE TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION as Trustee for the benefit �
<br /> of OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND the beneficiary named
<br /> therein, dated JANUARY 20. 1999 and recorded in the office of the
<br /> Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page or
<br /> Instrument No. 99-100873 and beneficial interest in said Deed
<br /> of Trust was assigned to FIRST COMMERCE MORTGAGE COMPANY by
<br /> Assignment recorded in Book Page or Instrument No. 99-
<br /> 100874 has been paid; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested
<br /> the property held by the Trustee be reconveyed, without warranty,
<br /> to the persons entitled thereto.

<br /> with the written request of the beneficiary named therein, the
