22. Reconveyance. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall request Trustee to <br /> " reconvey the Property and shalt surrender this Securfty instrument and all notes evidencing debt secured by thfs Security <br /> Instrument to Trustee.
