As Agent, I executed and delivered to Lawrence E. <br /> Dilley, a Warranty Deed conveying real estate owned by Lucille J. <br /> Dilley, described as follows : <br /> The Westerly 46 . 55 feet of Lot 4 and the Easterly 35 . 5 <br /> feet of Lot 5, Block 2, Knickrehm Fifth Addition to the <br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> 4 . As of the date and time of the conveyance of the <br /> real estate described herein, I had no actual knowledge of the <br /> termination of the Power of Attorney of Lucille J. Dilley, either <br /> because of her death or revocation of the Power of Attorney by her. <br /> As of December 10, 1999, Lucille J. Dilley is a living person. <br /> 5 .
