<br /> DEED OF RECONVEYANCE BY TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST DEED
<br /> Whereas, the indebtedness secured by the trust deed executed by Gail v. & Delores miller,
<br /> husband & wife as joint tenants & Joe & Barbara Coble, husband & wife as joint tenants, as
<br /> trustors, to the undersigned, First Western Bank, National Association, Atkinson, Nebraska, as
<br /> trustee dated April 18, 1997, and recorded on May 5, 1997, in the office of the Register of
<br /> Deeds, of Hall County, State of Nebraska as document #97-103433, has been paid on October
<br /> 12, 1999.
<br /> �ow, therefore, pursuani to written request made oy First western BanK, ivational
<br /> Association, Atkinson, Nebraska, Trustee of the Beneficiary named in such trust deed the
<br /> undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without warranty, all the
<br /> estate and interest derived to the undersigned under the trust deed in that portion of the property
<br /> therein described, situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br /> Lots l, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7, Block 5; Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, & 18, Block 2;
