THIS DEED is dated and executed this day of
<br />2004 by Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and iA with
<br />reference to Deed of Trust wherein Arlington Investments, Inc., a
<br />Nebraska corporation, is Trustor, and G.I.S.C. Land Development,
<br />L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, is Beneficiary, and
<br />Ronald S. Depue is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on January 8, 2004, and
<br />identified as Document No. 0200400237, conveying to Trustee,
<br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed, and the undersigned Trustee does hereby
<br />reconvey, without warranty, to Arlington Investments, Inc., part of
<br />the estate now held by him thereunder, described as follows, to -
<br />wit.
<br />Lot One (1), Richmond Third Subdivision to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Trustee retains the Deed of Trust on the balance of the real
<br />estate described in the original Deed of Trust
