THIS DEED is dated and executed this day of <br />2004 by Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and iA with <br />reference to Deed of Trust wherein Arlington Investments, Inc., a <br />Nebraska corporation, is Trustor, and G.I.S.C. Land Development, <br />L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, is Beneficiary, and <br />Ronald S.
