<br /> benefit of Bank of Wood River , the Beneficiary named
<br /> herein, dated January 23 , 19 92 , and recorded January 30, 1992 �
<br /> 19 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hal l County, Nebraska as
<br /> DocumentNo. 92-100724 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br /> requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
