Restrictive Covenant. The undersigned promises,declares and covenants that during <br /> the Term of this Declaration of Restrictive Covenant the Property shall not be used, sold, leased or <br /> in any way operated in violation of the terms and conditions set forth herein. <br /> 2. Sale of Food and Bevera�es Exclusive. During the Term of this Declaration of <br /> Restrictive Covenant,no business shall be conducted on the Property that involves the sale of food <br /> or beverages as the primary business activity of the facility. <br /> 3. Term. The Term of this Declaration of Restrictive Covenant shall be twenty-five(25) <br /> years from the date it is filed with the Hall County Register of Deeds. <br /> 4. Run With The Land.
