<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE UNDER NEBRASKA TRUST DEEDS ACT

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS, the BENEFICIARY has requested, in writing, that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below, in order to comply with the terms of
<br />the Nebraska Deed of Trust entered into between Patrick J. Connelly, Eugene A. Connely, Micheal B.
<br />Connelly, and Edward P. Connelly, in equal shares, and as tenants in commonTRUSTORS, Sherman
<br />County Bank, as TRUSTEE, and Sherman County Bank as BENEFICIARY, dated June 25, 2002, and
<br />recorded on July 9, 2002, in as Instrument No. 0200207181, in the office of the County Clerk of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />BENEFICIARY named therein, the undersigned as TRUSTEE does, by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the TRUSTOR the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The South Forty -Six (46) Feet of Lot Four (4), in Block Sixteen (16), in Scarffs Addition to West Lawn, in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and also the South Forty -Six (46) Feet of Lot Two (2), of
<br />the Subdivision of Lots 280, 281 and 282 in West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Real property or its address is commonly known as 1829 N. Lafayette, Grand Island, NE 68801.
