AND RAYMOND J O'CONNOR AND JIM D <br /> NARBER <br /> hereinafter referred to as"Bonower". <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS,bonower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br /> secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br /> LOTS TWO(2), THREE(3),FOUR(4)AND FIVE(5)OAKWOOD SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY <br /> OF GRAND ISLAND,HALL COIJNTY,NEBRASKA <br /> which Deed of TrustlMortgage was dated SEPTEMBER 14, 1998, and filed for record on <br /> SEPTEMBER 16, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL COIJNTY,Nebraska as <br /> Document No. 98-109451 <br /> WHEREAS, such Deed of TrustlMortgage had a stated maturity date of APRIL 1, 1999; <br /> WHEREAS,Lender and Bonower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br /> indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension,the panies hereto give <br /> notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br /> Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br /> 1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br /> is hereby extended to NOVEMBER 1. 2009. <br /> 2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br /> Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above-described <br /> Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining <br /> indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. � <br />
