<br />KNOW ALL MEN.BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT' WHERFAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Tommy L. Ummel Sr., to
<br />UNITED NEBRASKA DANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated March 32, 2002 and recorded March 13, 2002 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instruineut No., 0200202755 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that the peed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Lot Three (3), in Block Eighty -two (82), Wheeler and Bennett's Fourth Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
