<br /> Know All Men by These Presents: Bell Federal Credit Union
<br /> THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Robert A.Wiles and
<br /> Nadine L. Wiles, Husband and Wife, to Bell Federal Credit Union for the benefit of Bell Federal Credit
<br /> Union the beneficiary named therein, dated 1-5-1998 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, in Book 98 Page 100254, has been paid and said beneficiary has requested in
<br /> writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
