<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated July 25, 2001 and executed by Duane C. Rieflin, a married person and Vada M.
<br />Rieflin,his spouse, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Document*20QI73.54 in the
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska dated July 26, 2001, and /4-')0016-7,35-q
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE %) of Section Four (4), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the
<br />6`" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska excepting therefrom tracts of land more particularly described in Deeds
<br />recorded in Book 75, Page 523, Book 100, Page 188, Book 77, Page 354 and Return of Appraisers
<br />recorded in Book R, Page 607 and book S, Page 399.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 25"' day of March, 2004.
