<br /> The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated July 15, � �'
<br /> 1994, wherein William M. Snyder and Shelia M. Snyder, Husband and Wife, were the Trustors, '� �
<br /> which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska, on
<br /> July 15, 1994, as Document No. 94-106091, and a certain Deed of Trust dated October, 22, 1997,
<br /> wherein William M. Snyder and Shelia M. Snyder, Husband and Wife, were the Trustors, which
<br /> was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska, on January
<br /> 30, 1998, as Document No. 98-100761, which contain as trust property, the following-described
<br /> real estate:
<br /> Lot Seven (7), in Fractional Block Fifteen(15) of John W. Lambert's Addition to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska.
<br /> together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and easements, appur-
<br /> tenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br /> additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deeds of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives
<br /> notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors, William M. Snyder and
<br /> Shelia M. Snyder, Husband and Wife, have failed to make the payments of principal and interest
<br /> due in respect to the Notes secured by those Deeds of Trust.
<br /> By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br /> sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of those certain Notes dated July 15, 1994 and
<br /> October 22, 1997, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan
<br /> Association of Grand Island, pursuant to the terms of the Deeds of Trust referred to above which
<br /> secure these obligations.
