<br /> WI-�REAS,part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br /> BILLY L BAlV�SBERGER AND RAE JEANNE BAMESBERGER,HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br /> to AREND R BAACK,attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br /> LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,dated May 15, 1998 and recorded Ma,y 18, 1998, in
<br /> the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL COLJNTY,Nebraska as Instrument Number 98-104699,has
<br /> been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be
<br /> executed and delivered;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br /> beneficiary named therein,the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br /> reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br /> through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br /> the intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the
