<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannd ce R.
<br />Plate, Husband and Wife, and Tim C. Plate, a Single Individual,, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the
<br />benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated May 30, 2003 and July 10, 2003 and
<br />recorded June 9, 2003 and July 18, 2003 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instruments
<br />No. 0200307263 and 200309225 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Lot Two (2), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
