<br /> Tara K. Johnson, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common,
<br /> conveys to Grantees, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.

<br /> Island, 43 Feet Easterly from the Northwesterly corner of Fractional Lot One
<br /> (1), in Fractional Block Twenty-one (21), of Palmer's Subdivision of Lot
<br /> Seven (7), of the County Subdivision of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br /> Southwest Quarter (SE '/4 SW '/4) of Section Sixteen (16), in Township
<br /> Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., running thence
