<br />The undersigned Lessor,. namely KUESTER ;SAKE, INC., hereby consents to the

<br />David C. Powers and Rosemary Powers, of a Lease dated July 27, 2001 herein Kuester
<br />Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and David C. Powers and Rosemary Powers are the Lessees, such
<br />lease commenced July 27, 2001, and terminates July 26, 2036, and pertains to:
<br />Lot Twenty -One (21) situated on the West side of the West Portion of
<br />Kuester Lake and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(El/2 SW 1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtor to
<br />Union Bank & Trust Company, as additional security for payment of a Note in the
<br />amount of FORTY -NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($49,000.00) and a Financing Statement
<br />or mortgage covering the above - described premises and securing payment of said Note.
<br />Such t^sssigiurner:t to remain effective until said Note is paid.
