AGREEMENT FOR ADDITIONAL ADVANCES 200405203 WHEREAS, the undersigned executed and delivered to the HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA a note secured by a Deed -of Trust, or other instrument, to said association, or for its benefit, recorded in the Recorder's Office of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 85- 003877 , dated the 14th day of August _, 1985 , for the original sum of Jifty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Dollars and 00%100 Dollars ($59,200.00) which provides for additional advances to be secured by said Instrument as a first lien; therefore, it is agreed that an additional advance shall be made upon the said note in the sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars and 00 /100 Dollars ($16,000.00) to be charged to said loan account known as Loan No. 010008329-8 upon the books of said association. It is agreed that the total unpaid balance of said indebtedness at this date is Eighty Six Thousand Two Hundred Five Dollars and 12/100 Dollars ($86,205.12) and that the total unpaid balance, including this additional advance, will be One Hundred Two Thousand Two Hundred Five Dollars and 12/100 Dollars ($102,205.12) and that monthly payments shall be continued as provided in said note, payable One Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Six Dollars and 59/100 Dollars ($1,456.59) per month. Future interest upon said entire indebtedness shall be as follows: 5.25 % beginning June 1, 2004 .
