DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST 200405197
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated March 31, 2003, executed by Richard L Hartman and
<br />Patricia A Hartman, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #200304267 in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 10th day of April, 2003.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (W1/2NE1/4) OF SECTION
<br />FIVE (5), TOWNSHIP TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), WEST OF THE 6T" P.M.,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING A CERTAIN TRACT THEREFROM AS
<br />RECORDED IN APPRAISAL REPORT IN BOOK N, PAGE 411.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated March 31, 2003, recorded as
<br />Document #200304267 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
