<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN

<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or

<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA EXCEPTING A CERTAIN TRACT
<br />DEEDED TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA MORE PARTICULARLY
<br />DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. 82- 003073;
<br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
