For valuable Consideration, First State Bank as Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by Mike
<br />Panowicz and Patricia Panowicz, Husband and Wife, Trustors to First State Bank as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />the Beneficiary, dated December 17, 2003, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200316184 on December 18, 2003, has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all right, title, and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of
<br />Trust in the following:
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW Y4) of Section Twenty Two (22), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11)
