<br /> the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR
<br /> ($1 . 00) received from Grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br /> convey and confirm unto DONALD F. MOSS AND DONNA L. MOSS, husband
<br /> and wife, as tenants in common, real estate situated in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, which is legally described upon Exhibit A which
<br /> is attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br /> with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br /> belonging, unto the said Grantees and to their heirs and assigns
<br /> forever. And we hereby covenant with the said Grantees and with
<br /> their heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized of said
<br /> premises, that they are free from encumbrance except mortgages,
<br /> deeds of trust, easements, covenants and restrictions of record,
<br /> and that we have good right and lawful authority to sell the
<br /> same; and we hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to
<br /> said premises against the lawful claims of all persons
<br /> whomsoever.
<br /> It is the intention and purpose of this deed to convey to
<br /> each of the Grantees an undivided one-half ('-�) interest in the
<br /> real estate to be held by Grantees as tenants in common and to
<br /> sever and destroy any rights of survivorship which either may
<br /> have had in the real estate prior to the execution and recording
<br /> of this deed.
