ROBERT G. MEINECKE, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF
<br />HENRY H. MEINECKE, DECEASED, "GRANTOR ", conveys and releases to
<br />ROBERT G. MEINECKE, EVEYLN M. ROE, and BETTY R. SANDOE, as tenants
<br />in common, each an undivided one -third (1/3), GRANTEES, the
<br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb.Rev.Stat. 76-

<br />One (1) of the Mainland in Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />Starting at a point on the West line of said Section,
<br />955.1 feet South of the Northwest corner of the Section,
<br />said point also being 215.6 feet South of the Northwest
<br />corner of Lot "D ", thence East and parallel to the North
<br />line of Lot "D" a distance of 353.5 feet, thence South
<br />123.2 feet, thence West 373.5 feet to the section line,
<br />thence North on section line 123.2 feet to the point of
<br />beginning, said tract containing one acre, more or less,

<br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restricytiofis of

<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEES are the persons
<br />entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate.

<br />lawful authority to convey and release the same.
