<br /> Nebraska, hereby certifies that the subdivision platting process
<br /> for "Hehnkey" Subdivision progressed from the preliminary plat
<br /> stage, through the Planning Commission, and ultimately the final
<br /> plat was approved by the Grand Island City Council on March 9,
<br /> 1998, for "Hehnkey" Subdivision. In addition, a subdivision
<br /> agreement has been submitted to the City of Grand Island by the
<br /> developers of the subdivision wherein the subdivision is referred
<br /> to as "Hehnkey" Subdivision. The subdivision agreement has been
<br /> approved by the City Council. There may be other references to
<br /> "Hehnkey" Subdivision in the official minutes of the proceedings of
<br /> the �ity Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> The undersigned, being the custodian of the official
<br /> records of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, hereby certifies
<br /> that the correct name for the subdivision is "Hehnke" Subdivision
<br /> rather than "Hehnkey" Subdivision. The subdivision plat, which was
<br /> recorded on March 23 , 1998, as Document Number 98-102612 , was
<br /> corrected prior to recording to refer to "Hehnke" Subdivision which
<br /> is the correct name. Notwithstanding the discrepancy in names, the
<br /> undersigned, as custodian of the records, hereby certifies that
<br /> "Hehnkey" Subdivision and "Hehnke" Subdivision are one and the same
