<br /> Deed of Trust. The words"Deed of TrusY' mean this Deed of TruSt among Trustor, Lender,and Trustee, and includes without limitadon all
<br /> assignment and security interest provisions relating to 1he Personai Properiy and Renls.
<br /> 'Guarantor. The word "Guarantor" means and includes without limitation any and all guarantors, sureties, and accommodation parties in
<br /> connection with the Indebtedness.
<br /> Improvements. The word "Improvemenis"means and includes without limitation all existin� and future improvements, tiuildinQs, structures,
<br /> mobile homes aifixed on the Real Property,facilities,additions,replacemenis and other construction on the Real Property.
