<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Daniel J. Rainforth and Patricia D. Rainforth, Husband and Wife, trustors to
<br />AgFirst Farm Credit Bank, as Trustee and to The First National Bank of York,
<br />Beneficiary, dated August 30, 1996 and recorded August 30, 1996 in Document No. 96-
<br />106873 in the Mortgage Records of Hall County, State of Nebraska, in the original
<br />amount of $280,000.00. Mortgage was subsequently assigned by Assignment of
<br />Mortgage to AgFirst Farm Credit Bank, dated August 30, 1996 and recorded
<br />September 25, 1996 in Document # 96- 107537 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, securing the following described premises situated in CHEYENNE County,
<br />State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) on Mainland and the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4), all
<br />in Section Fourteen (14), in Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6`"
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Has been paid and that said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these
<br />presents, grant, revise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust, together
<br />with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
