`0 05093 <br />Easement Property and any improvements will be limited to a parking lot and <br />lighting poles. <br />3. The obligations and benefits of this Memorandum Agreement shall run with the <br />land and shall be binding upon the owners of Arlington's Property and Grange's <br />Property, their successors and assigns. In the event Lots 1 and 2 of Arlington's <br />Property are owned by different parties, any obligation to repair, replace or maintain <br />the easement or improvements thereon shall be shared equally by the owners of Lot <br />1 and Lot 2. Any payment obligation created herein shall be a lien upon Lots 1 and <br />2 until paid in full, subject to mortgages thereon and other secured financing on said <br />lots. <br />4.
