<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, Co
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated May 31, 2002, June 14, 2002 and May 21, 2003, and executed by
<br />Walter W Ross and Ronda L Ross and Jerrard Ross and Courtney Ross, Husband and Wife, as
<br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on June 5, 2002,
<br />June 21, 2002, and May 30, 2003, as Instrument No. 0200205998, 0200206601, and
<br />0200306818,and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Fractional Lot Seven (7) in Fractional Block Twenty (20) of Wallich's Addition and its
<br />complement: Fractional Lot Seven (7) in Fractional Block Four (4) in the Bonnie Brae Addition,
<br />Both being additions to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 20th day of May, 2004.
