NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a certain Farm, Ranch and Land Purchase <br />Agreement dated April 17, 2004, as amended by an Addendum to Purchase Agreement, <br />DOUGLAS W. MOSER and MICHELE L. MOSER, husband and wife ('Buyers ") and WAYNE <br />D. STOLTENBERG and MARY V. STOLTENBERG, husband and wife ( "Sellers "), have <br />executed a certain Right of First Refusal dated May /IF , 2004, (the "Right of First Refusal'), <br />wherein Sellers have been granted a right of first refusal to buy the following described real <br />estate, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in said Right of First Refusal, to -wit: <br />The Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Twelve (12), in Township Twelve <br />(12) North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska EXCEPTING <br />a tract of land more particularly described in Survivorship Warranty Deed <br />recorded as Document No. 76- 005969 and EXCEPTING a tract of land more <br />particularly described as Meierstead Second Subdivision Plat recorded as <br />Document No. 88- 106058. <br />Dated this day of May, 2004. <br />Douglas V.
