STOLTENBERG, husband and wife ( "Sellers "), have executed a certain Right of First Refusal dated May /IF , 2004, (the "Right of First Refusal'), wherein Sellers have been granted a right of first refusal to buy the following described real estate, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in said Right of First Refusal, to -wit: The Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Twelve (12), in Township Twelve (12) North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska EXCEPTING a tract of land more particularly described in Survivorship Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 76- 005969 and EXCEPTING a tract of land more particularly described as Meierstead Second Subdivision Plat recorded as Document No. 88- 106058.
