KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, by Trust Deed dated March 22, 2004 and recorded in the Real Estate Records of <br />Hall County, Nebraska as Document # 0200403202 CHLOE M. AGUILAR, a single person, did <br />convey certain real estate therein described in trust unto Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, as Trustee for <br />the benefit of AXIS CAPITAL, INC., therein referred to as Beneficiary; <br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been satisfied and said Trustee has received <br />written request by such Beneficiary to re- convey the trust property from the Beneficiary; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, in his capacity as Trustee under the above - <br />described Trust Deed, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of the satisfaction of the indebtedness <br />evidenced by such Trust Deed received from Grantees, does hereby release and re- confirm unto the <br />person or persons entitled thereto, herein called the Grantees, the following described real property in <br />County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Five (5), Block Two (2), Voitle's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and the Easterly Forty (40) <br />feet of vacated Poplar Street adjoining the Westerly property line <br />thereof <br />to have and to hold the above - described premises, together with all tenements, hereditaments and <br />appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the Grantees and to the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever. <br />Dated: May 18, 2004 <br />Arend R.
