<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by SHAFER
<br />PROPERTIES LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, to JENNIFER J. STRAND, ESQ., as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of WEST POINT, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company and the
<br />Benefici »ry named therein., dated .Tanuary 10, 2003, and recorded in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on January 14, 2003, as Instrument No. 0200300520, has been paid,
<br />and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in reliance upon and in
<br />accordance with the request of the above named Beneficiary attached hereto and incorporated herein
<br />by this reference, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate said Trustee derived by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the real property described as follows:
<br />Lots 1 and 2, Cedar Ridge First Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and
<br />Lots 1 through 6, inclusive, Cedar Ridge-Second Subdivision, Hall
