WHEREAS, the undersigned, Geneva State Bank, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />April 22, 2004 executed by Shafer Properties LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as
<br />Trustor(s), in which Geneva State Bank, a Nebraska corporation, is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee,
<br />which is recorded in Instrument #2004 -04628 Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has received
<br />from the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that it has received payment in full
<br />of the Note or Notes secured by said Deed of Trust and the Promissory Note secured by said Deed of
<br />Trust has been surrendered to the undersigned as Trustee for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived by the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Parcel 1: Lots One (1) and Two (2), Cedar Ridge First Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Parcel 2: Lots Two (2), Three 3), Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), Cedar Ridge Second Subdivision,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to be
