Know All Men by These Presents:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Gary L. O'Neill and
<br />Karen S. O'Neill to Commercial Federal Bank, a SB as Trustee for the benefit of Commercial Federal
<br />Mortgage Corporation the beneficiary named therein, dated 10/5/93 and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, in Book , Page , Instrument No. 93-
<br />108749 has been paid.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents grant, remise and reconvey
