<br /> The undersigned,the Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust filed for record on October 16, 1998,
<br /> as Instrument No. 98-110116, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, executed on
<br /> October 9, 1998 by Brenda J. Sisson, a single person, as Trustor, in which AmerUs Home Equity, Inc., an �5
<br /> lowa corporation ("AHE"), is named as Beneficiary, and which was assigned by AHE to AMERUS LIFE "S�
<br /> INSURANCE COMPANY,pursuant to that certain Assignmentof Deed of Trust filed of record on February 8,
<br /> 1999, as Instrument No. 99-101389,in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, her�by
<br /> gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred.
<br /> The nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. Notice is
<br /> hereby given that, because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust has been
<br /> accelerated and the total amountof indebtednessoutstanding,as of November 15, 1999,was$50,756.78 and
<br /> from said date interest has and will continue to accrue at a rate of$2.0761 per day, plus fees and costs.
<br /> Notice is further given that, because of such default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold
<br /> the trust property in order to satisfy the obligations of Trustor under the aforementioned Deed of Trust. The
<br /> trust property affected is legally described as follows:
