Sisson, a single person, as Trustor, in which AmerUs Home Equity, Inc., an �5 <br /> lowa corporation ("AHE"), is named as Beneficiary, and which was assigned by AHE to AMERUS LIFE "S� <br /> INSURANCE COMPANY,pursuant to that certain Assignmentof Deed of Trust filed of record on February 8, <br /> 1999, as Instrument No. 99-101389,in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, her�by <br /> gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred. <br /> The nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due.
