<br /> Master Dee� creating a condominium property reqime in Fairway
<br /> Estates Subdivision, Grand Island, tlall County, Nebraeka, shall
<br /> automatically extend the jurisdiction of thia owners association to
<br /> include the newly created condominium property regime. Upon auch
<br /> exten�ion, the following sfiall apply:
<br /> (a) Tha Association's costs of repairs and maintenance and
<br /> ,� ,�� i all other expenses shall be allocated to the particular
<br /> '�::? � Condomfnium Property Reqime requirinq or benefit��g from
