<br /> Trust January 4, 1990, executed by Ramon Zubia and Emma Irene Zubia,husband and wife, � �
<br /> each in his own right and as spouse of the other, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named
<br /> as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Hall
<br /> County Register of Deeds Office, entered as Document No. 90-100206 on January 12, 1990, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, William G. Blackburn,of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank, as Beneficiary,written request to
<br /> reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
