<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST WITH POWER OF SALE, made this M' day of
<br />May, 2004, by and among RICHARD L. HARTMAN AND PATRICIA A.
<br />HARTMAN, husband and wife, each in his and her own right and as
<br />spouse of the other, whose mailing address is 5075 S. Locust
<br />Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 (herein "Trustor "); and
<br />Platte Valley State Bank and Trust Company, individually, whose
<br />mailing address is 2223 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 430, Kearney, NE
<br />68848 -0430 (herein "Trustee "); and Platte Valley State Bank and
<br />Trust Company, Trustee, whose mailing address is Trust
<br />Department, 2223 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 430, Kearney, NE 68848-
<br />0430 (herein "Beneficiary ").
<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, including the indebtedness
<br />identified herein and the trust herein created, the receipt of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, Trustor irrevocably grants,
<br />transfers, conveys, and assigns to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER
<br />OF SALE, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and
<br />subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the
<br />real property located in Hall County, Nebraska, and legally
<br />described as the North One -half of the Southeast Quarter (N' -1�SEI-4)
<br />of Section Five (5), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH, all rents, profits, royalties, income and
<br />other benefits derived from the real property; all leases or
<br />subleases covering the real property or any portion thereof, now
<br />or hereafter existing or entered into,.and all right, title and
<br />interest of Trustor thereunder; all interests, estate or other
<br />claims, both in law and in equity, which Trustor now has or may
<br />hereafter acquire in the real property; all easements,
