Bricksen, of Grand Island, Nebraska, make, constitute and appoint my <br /> daughter, Ardpth R. Condon, of Andover, Ransas, my true and lawful attorney in fact for me <br /> and in mp name, place and stead, on my behalf, and for my use and benefit: <br /> 1. To deposit in my name and for my account with any bank or other financial institution all <br /> moneys payable or belonqing to me, including checks and all other commercial instruments, and <br /> to sign mp name and endorse all documents for deposit or collection or any other purpose. <br /> 2.
