<br />BUSBOOM, TRUSTEE OF THE BUSBOOM FAMILY LIVING TRUST, as Beneficiary, executed May 22,
<br />1997, and perfected on May 28, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Inst. #97- 104114, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee conveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by
<br />the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:

<br />of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except a strip of land to St. Joseph and Grand Island Railroad
<br />Company for right of way along the West side thereof being 14 feet wide at the North end of Section and
<br />38 feet wide at the South end, more particularly described in Deed recorded in Book H, Page 125;
<br />excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Survivorship Warranty Deed recorded as
<br />Document No. 76- 000319; excepting a certain tract more particularly described as Lazy "B" Acres
<br />Subdivision; excepting a certain tract more particularly described as Lazy "B" Acres Second Subdivision.
