TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />CHURCH OF CHRIST GRAND ISLAND NEBRASKA A NEBRASKA NONPROFIT
<br />CORPORATION to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated JUNE 7, 2002 and recorded JUNE 17, 2002 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200206411 has been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />EASTERLY ONE HUNDRED EIGHT (108) FEET OF LOT ONE (1) AND ALL OF LOT TWO
<br />(2) BLOCK ONE (1) WE §T BEL AIR THIRD ADDITION EXCEPTING A CERTAIN TRACT
<br />THEREFROM AS RECMDED IN THE REGISTER' CIF DEWS OFFICE IN WARRANTY
<br />DEED AS DOCUMENT NO. 93002502 ALL IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildinjs, fixtures, improvements "appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
