AVERY, husband and wife, "frustor, and Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior as Trustee and The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Federal Savings Bank, as Beneficiary, dated November 27, 1998, and recorded on December 3, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 98- 111882 has been paid; and WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as "Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property: LOT FOUR (4), LAWTON SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
