<br /> WHEREAS,the undersigned,Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,under the
<br /> Deed of Trust dated October 14, 1994, executed by Kenneth Wayne Meester Sr. a/k/a Kenneth W. Meester
<br /> and Neva A. Meester,husband and wife,in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br /> undersigned as Trustee,which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska,recorded as Document#94-108445 on the 14th day of October, 1994, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned,Five Points Bank, as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br /> as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br /> as follows:
<br /> .Unit Two(2)Garage Two(2),Middletown Condominiums to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br /> Neliraska
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br /> the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey,without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br /> entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
