<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by

<br />GARY E. SHOVLAIN AND LINDA D. SHOVLAIN, HUSBAND AND WIFE �-
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated SEPTEMBER 30, 1994 and recorded SEPTEMBER 30,
<br />1994 as DOCUMENT # 94- 108090, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S
<br />OFFICE IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT TWO (2), SHOVLAIN SUBDIVISION, TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the
<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land
<br />described remain as heretofore.
