<br /> CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE

<br /> The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER r�AKE, INC. , hereby (� � �

<br /> consents to the conditional assignment to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, \
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, Assignee, by DELBERT STEINWART and
<br /> JACQUELINE STEINWART, husband and wife as joint tenants, Debtors,
<br /> of a Lease dated April 25, 1994, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. , is the
<br /> Lessor and Delbert Steinwart and Jacqueline Steinwart are the
<br /> Lessees, such Lease commencing May 1, 1994, and tenninates April
<br /> 30, 2029,unless Lessees exercise their option to extend such Lease
<br /> for an additional 35 years, and pertains to the following described
<br /> premises:
<br /> Lots 11 and 12, having a lake front footage of 100 feet,
<br /> and being on the west side of the Westerly portion of
<br /> Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of
<br /> the Southwest Quarter (E�4SW1/,) in Section Thirteen (13) ,
<br /> Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) , West of the
<br /> 6th P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska; bounded on the
<br /> Westerly side by the common road and such lots are as
<br /> shown by the plat in the possession of the Lessor.
<br /> Such Consent to Conditional Assignment of Lease is SUBJECT TO
<br /> A PRIOR CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE pertaining to these
<br /> premises and Lessees-Debtors heretofor assigned a first lien
<br /> against said premises in favor of Equitable Building and Loan
<br /> Association of Grand Island, Nebraska being the first assignee of a
<br /> $75, 000 . 00 loan with interest wherein the Equitable Building and
<br /> Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska is an assignee and such
<br /> prior conditional Assignment was dated April 25, 1994 .
<br /> This Conditional Assignment to which the Lessor consents was
<br /> given by said Debtors subject to the prior Conditional Assignment
<br /> of Lease in favor of Equitable Building and Loan Association of
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, to the United Nebraska Bank, Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, as additional security for payment of a Note in the
<br /> amount of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($193, 000 . 00) .
<br /> Such Assignment in favor of United Nebraska shall remain
<br /> effective, subject to the prior assignment to the Equitable
<br /> Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, until such
<br /> $193, 000 loan from United Nebraska Bank has been paid.
