►" 99 111056 � <br /> For purposes of remarriage, the Decree becomes final and <br /> operative sig (6) months after the Decree is rendered or on the <br /> date of death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first. If <br /> the Decree becomes final and operative upon the death of one of the <br /> parties, the Decree shall be treated as if it became final and <br /> operative on the date it was rendered. <br /> For purposes of continuation of health insurance coverage, the <br /> Decree becomes final and operative sis months after the Decree is <br /> rendered. <br /> For all other purposes, the Decree becomes final and operative <br /> thirty (30) days after the Decree is rendered or upon the death of <br /> the parties, whichever first occurs. If the Decree becomes final <br /> and operative upon the death of one of the parties, the Decree <br /> shall be treated as it if became final and operative on the date it <br /> was rendered. <br /> 4. Each party is awarded the personal property they now have <br /> in their respective possession. Each party is awarded their own <br /> bank accounts and life insurance policies. <br /> 5. Title to the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> Lots Sig (6) and Seven (7) in Block Sigty-sig <br /> (66) , of Wheeler and Bennett�s Second Addition <br /> to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br /> Nebraska; <br /> is hereby quieted in Petitioner, subject to the mortgage thereon <br /> which Petitioner shall assume and pay and hold Respondent harmless <br /> therefrom. Respondent is ordered to esecute and deliver to <br /> Petitioner a Quitclaim Deed to said real property within ten (10) <br /> days.
