<br /> This Addendum is made to the Deed of Trust recorded as �
<br /> Document No. 98-104519, filed and recorded in the Office of the �
<br /> Hall County Register of Deeds on May 12 , 1998 , by G. I . Cherry Park, �S
<br /> Ltd. Two, Trustor, and Five Points Bank, A Nebraska Corporation, �
<br /> Trustee and Beneficiary, regarding the following described real
<br /> property:
<br /> Block One (1) , GILI Second Subdivision to the C.ity of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> as follows :
<br /> Trustor desires to extend the maturity date of the original ��-�yt
<br /> Deed of Trust from its stated maturity of May 12 , 2014 , to �r�vr�,.��
<br /> 15 , 2015 , as part of the permanent financing and has this date
<br /> executed a Promissory Note to Five Points Bank having a maturity of
<br /> said date and does by these presents ratify, confirm and reaffirm
<br /> in all respects the Deed of Trust recited above and Addendum
<br /> thereto and does further acknowledge that the Deed of Trust and
<br /> Addendum and this Addendum shall secure the payment of an
<br /> indebtedness to the Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, evidenced by
<br /> the Promissory Note dated the 16th day of November, 1999, having a

<br /> amount of One Million Two Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Three
