<br /> WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall ��
<br /> County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated February 17, 1999 executed by Ivan Schlichting and Anne (�
<br /> K. Morse, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as �
<br /> Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document#99-101816 in the Register of
<br /> Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 18th day of February, 1999.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br /> undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br /> thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br /> Lot Five(5)and Six(6)and the East Twenty Four Feet(24') of Lot Seven (7) in Block One (1), Pleasant View
<br /> Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated February 17, 1999, and recorded
<br /> as Document 99-101816 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br /> effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
