<br />SHERIFF'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of the Ninth
<br />Judicial District of the State of Nebraska, wherein Hall County,
<br />Nebraska is the Plaintiff, and Edwin Schmidt ET AL, Second Cause of
<br />Action, is the Defendant, that the Sheriff of Hall County duly
<br />appointed by said Court, should cause the lands and tenements
<br />hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to
<br />pay the same, the said Sheriff of Hall County duly appointed by said
<br />Court, under and by virtue of said Decree and the Order of Sale to
<br />him duly directed, did on April 14, 2004 at the lower lobby of the
<br />Hall County Courthouse, in the city of Grand Island in said County
<br />of Hall, having first given due and legal notice of the time and
<br />place of said sale for four consecutive weeks in the Grand Island
<br />Independent, a newspaper printed and in general circulation in said
<br />County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction was sold to
<br />Douglas Codner. Which sale was afterward at the May Term of said
<br />Court, 2004, examined and confirmed and the said Sheriff of Hall
<br />County, Jerry Watson, duly appointed by said Court, was ordered to
<br />convey said premises to the Douglas Codner.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, I, the Sheriff of Hall County, duly appointed by
<br />said Court as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and by
<br />virtue of the powers vested in me by law and the Decree of said
<br />Court, do hereby Give, Grant, and Convey to the said County of Hall,
<br />the premises so as aforesaid sold, to wit:
<br />Lot 1, Jackson Township in the Northeast Quarter of Section 16,
<br />Township 9 North, Range 12, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska was sold for $18,000.00
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME unto Douglas Codner.
<br />IN TESTIMONY, I have, as such d ly elected Sheriff of Hall
<br />County, hereunto set my hand this i& day of May, 2004.
