<br />SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
<br />WHEREAS, under date of April 25, 1998, David L. Sawyer and Kelly K. Sawyer, Husband and
<br />Wife, executed a Deed of Trust to The Pacesetter Corporation, on the following described real
<br />estate to wit:
<br />The Northerly 68 Feet of Lot 1, Block 12, in Gilbert's Second Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Which Deed of Trust was in the original amount of Fourteen Thousand Sevety -Six Dollars and
<br />53/100 cents ($14,076.53) and was recorded on May 18, 1998, as Document No. 98- 104678 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, David L. Sawyer and Kelly K. Sawyer, Husband and Wife have secured a loan in the
<br />amount of Sixty -Four Thousand Dollars and no cents ($64,000.00) from H & R Block Mortgage
<br />Corporation, which loan amount is secured by a Deed if Trust on the above described real estate;
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, The Pacesetter Corporation, is agreeable to subordinating the Deed of Trust
<br />mentioned above to the Deed of Trust, of H & R Block Mortgage Corporation.
<br />NOW - THEREFORE, in- consideration of the premises and making of the loan by aforesaid, and
<br />for the valuable consideration, the undersigned does hereby subordinate its Deed of Trust herein
<br />above referred !to, to t he D eed o f Trust in Favor of H & R B lock Mortgage Corporation i n the
<br />amoubf•of�SiXty -iFour Thousand Dollars and no cents ($64,000.00).
